i know i'm quite behind...
but i fully intend to recap our christmas events this year...
these two photos are from the hunt for our christmas tree.
since we've moved here, we love driving to the santa cruz mountains to find our tree. it feels very festive and authentic marching around in the cold on the side of a mountain to find our tree. this year, we traveled for thanksgiving, so we squeezed our tree hunt into an afternoon after church. the sun was setting when we arrived and it was sooo cold.
nonetheless, our kids have such a great time and it's fun to see brian turn into a lumberjack once a year.

i love that photo of you and elliot as well. so cute. i'm jealous mom gets to go visit you guys. i wish i could come along too!
